Controale ANAF la comercianții de mașini second-hand: 35 de firme, cu stocuri de 38 de milioane de euro, vizate de „Acțiunea ATOM”

The ANAF has launched a nationwide inspection campaign targeting 35 second-hand car dealers with a total stock valued at over 38 million euros. This initiative, named "ATOM" for Analysis and Traceability of Operations with Cars, aims to verify the compliance of these businesses with tax regulations. Inspectors will compare physical inventories with financial records to ensure accurate reporting of vehicle transactions. A key focus will be on the special VAT regime applicable to second-hand goods, checking for proper application and declaration of transactions. The selection of these firms was based on a risk analysis considering various financial indicators.
