The law, which includes housing and transition benefits, must be promulgated by the President to take effect. Former ministers Raluca Turcan and Florin Manole exchanged accusations regarding the law's adoption process, highlighting its significance in fulfilling a key milestone in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
