Contestațiile la deciziile de pensionare: casele de pensii, obligate să reanalizeze dosarul în 45 de zile

The Senate has approved a proposal requiring pension houses to reassess pension decisions within 45 days of a contestation. This change aims to introduce an administrative procedure before court appeals. Currently, pension decisions can be directly contested in court within 45 days. The new process allows pensioners to request a review of their pension calculations and contributions before going to court. If the pension house fails to respond in time or the response is unsatisfactory, the pensioner can still appeal to the court. The proposal also limits contestations to one per case, although exceptions exist for new evidence or clear calculation errors.
