Construction works up 13.9% in first six months (unadjusted series)
Construction works saw a significant increase in the first half of the year, with a 13.9% rise in unadjusted terms and 11.7% when adjusted for working days and seasonality. New constructions, maintenance, and capital repairs contributed to this growth, particularly in residential and engineering sectors. In June alone, construction works rose by 20.1% unadjusted and 4.9% adjusted, with notable increases in capital repairs and new constructions. Year-on-year comparisons show substantial growth across all categories, especially in residential buildings.
