Construcțiile din România au înregistrat o creștere anuală de 40,5%, potrivit INS

In August 2026, construction work volume increased by 40.5% compared to August 2025, with new construction rising by 45.2%. Adjusted for working days and seasonality, the increase was 35.5%. Compared to July 2026, the volume grew by 1.6% in raw terms and 7.2% when adjusted. For the first eight months of 2026, there was a 15.4% increase in raw terms and 11.7% adjusted. Notable growth was seen in residential buildings (54.9%) and engineering constructions (39.5%). The data indicates a strong upward trend in the construction sector, reflecting significant activity in both new projects and renovations.
