Residential buildings saw a remarkable 43.9% increase compared to June 2025. For the first half of 2026, construction volume rose by 13.9%. The National Institute of Statistics reported increases in various construction activities, including new constructions and repairs. Adjusted for working days and seasonality, the growth was 4.9% in June. Overall, the construction market shows a strong upward trend, particularly in residential and engineering projects.
