Negotiations between the contractor and the National Investment Company (CNI) are ongoing regarding new technical solutions and costs. The Sector 2 Mayor confirmed that 38 million lei were allocated for the project, and further funding may be considered after discussions conclude. Technical challenges, including necessary expertise for nearby buildings and utility network adjustments, are hindering progress. A collaboration protocol was established to ensure community access to the sports complex once completed.
