The private sector leads with the majority of projects, particularly in coastal areas like Constanța and Cluj. While some businesses face insolvency, others, especially fast-food chains, are expanding. Notable expansions include Hercule and Spartan, both planning multiple new locations this year. The market remains challenging due to rising prices and reduced consumer spending.
