The blockage, caused by a vessel with excessive draught, has not yet seen operational measures taken to address navigability. This situation is severely impacting the Port of Constanta's operations, affecting trade flows and causing financial losses for various stakeholders. The ongoing disruption also hampers the transport of Ukrainian grain, threatening global food security.
