Consolidare Teatrul Bulandra: Lucrari de reabilitare

The Bucharest City Hall has completed the public tender for the design and execution of the consolidation and modernization of the Bulandra Theatre building. The project aims to address the building's high seismic risk and includes significant restoration and modernization works. A budget of 98.6 million lei has been allocated, with 90% covered by non-reimbursable funds from the Ministry of Development. The execution period is set for 36 months, focusing on structural improvements, heritage restoration, and energy efficiency upgrades.
