Consiliul Judeţean Mureș angajează avocaţi din Italia pentru a recupera o creanţă de peste 22 de milioane de lei de la un constructor din peninsulă

The Mureș County Council has approved the hiring of Italian legal services to recover over 22 million lei from an Italian contractor after contract termination. The council president is authorized to engage a law firm in Italy to represent the county's interests in court. The legal conflict arose after the contract with the Italian firm was terminated in 2011. Romanian courts have ruled in favor of the council, but only partial recovery has been achieved so far. Further recovery efforts will now take place in Italy due to legal limitations.
