Consiliul General a dat mandat pentru declanșarea procedurii de insolvență la STB

The Bucharest General Council has authorized representatives to request the STB's insolvency procedure, aiming to save the company from bankruptcy. Mayor Ciprian Ciucu emphasized that while he does not desire insolvency, it may be the only responsible measure to protect employees' salaries and halt increasing penalties. Grampet Group has offered to waive 90% of its claims against STB, contingent on starting a contract for tram production. Gruia Stoica from Grampet clarified that their goal is not to block STB's operations but to finalize the contract, urging all creditors to collaborate on a solution.
