Consiliul Concurenței aprobă preluarea Sterk Plast de către Islambay Suleyman

The Competition Council has approved Islambay Suleyman's acquisition of Sterk Plast S.R.L., a company involved in plastic production. Suleyman already held a stake in Sterk Plast and also owns shares in Ecofriend Recycling S.R.L. Sterk Plast, founded in 2000, specializes in household plastic items and has seen a significant profit drop in 2025. The Council found no significant competition concerns regarding the transaction.
