Consiliul Concurenţei a autorizat tranzacţia prin care Islambay Suleyman preia firma Sterk Plast

The Competition Council has approved the transaction in which Islambay Suleyman intends to acquire Sterk Plast SRL, a company he already partially owned. Sterk Plast specializes in producing plastic household items. The Council found no significant competition concerns regarding this acquisition in the Romanian market. Suleyman also holds stakes in Ecofriend Recycling SRL, which focuses on plastic waste management. The decision will be published after confidential information is removed.
