Consiliul Concurenței a amendat Pro TV cu 20,7 milioane de lei

The Competition Council fined Pro TV 20.7 million lei for failing to comply with commitments made during an investigation into potential abuse of dominance. Pro TV had agreed to new commercial terms in 2021 to address competitive concerns, which included reducing the discount gap between different operators. However, the Council found that the discount disparity actually increased, contrary to the commitments. The decision will be published after confidential information is removed.
