Consilieri municipali din Ruse cer eliminarea taxei de trecere a podului peste Dunăre pentru autoturisme și creșterea taxei pentru TIR-uri

Municipal councilors from the "Russian Initiative" group are advocating for the reciprocal elimination of the toll for cars crossing the Danube Bridge. Following Romania's removal of tolls for vehicles traveling from Giurgiu to Ruse on October 1, local parliamentarians have proposed a similar measure to the Bulgarian government. Galin Grigorov, a former regional governor, noted that the state earns between 1.5 and 1.7 million euros annually from these tolls, suggesting that losses could be offset by increasing fees for trucks, which contribute to bridge wear.
