She was previously deputy head of Zelensky's office but was dismissed last week following allegations against her and a former parliament member. The case involves a scheme that allegedly laundered approximately $3.3 million to secure the release of a former energy minister facing separate corruption charges. Mudra was seen in court in handcuffs, and prosecutors have set bail at around $455,000. If she can pay, she will be restricted from leaving Kyiv and communicating with witnesses. Zelensky's administration is under scrutiny for corruption, despite ongoing reforms aimed at addressing the issue.
