The company has shifted focus to high-margin services, particularly in the GovTech sector, which now constitutes 68% of its revenue. Strategic contracts, including a 45.9 million lei deal with STS for AI implementation, highlight its growth in complex technological projects. The firm aims to diversify into the private sector while maintaining a strong public sector presence. Connections is also investing in AI training programs for its workforce.
