Condiții inumane la un azil din Olt. 27 de persoane, relocate de urgență

An emergency intervention was conducted to protect 27 vulnerable individuals living in inadequate conditions in Mihăești, Olt County. A team led by the president of the National Authority for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, along with local institutions, removed these individuals from an unlicensed facility. They were informed about their rights and the availability of accredited social services. After counseling, the individuals agreed to receive licensed social services tailored to their needs. They were safely transported to appropriate facilities, with medical support and assistance for their personal belongings provided during the process.
