„Condamnatul Fritz”, somat de PSD să își dea demisia de la conducerea USR și să renunțe la „sinecura de mii de euro”

The Social Democratic Party (PSD) has called for Dominic Fritz, the leader of USR, to resign following a ruling by the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ÎCCJ) that found him in a conflict of interest. The PSD argues that Fritz's actions compromise USR's moral authority in politics. The court's decision includes a three-year ban on holding public office and suggests a criminal investigation into the Timiș prefect for attempting to shield Fritz from legal consequences. The ruling emphasizes that Fritz knowingly acted in a conflict of interest while serving his political clientele. The PSD urges Fritz to resign from his party position and seek private sector employment instead.
