The court annulled the execution mandate and set a new hearing date for November 12. Khalifa was previously sentenced to nine months in prison for possessing cannabis during the 2024 'Beach, Please!' festival in Costinești. His case was moved from Constanța to Bucharest at his request, and the court's decision is final. Khalifa is known for his open cannabis use and has launched his own cannabis brand.
