A unique competition in Hungary challenged participants to dig graves, aiming to showcase the skills of grave diggers and break taboos surrounding death. Thirty-eight competitors took part in this serious event, organized by the Association of Cemetery Administrators and Operators. The contest took place in a public cemetery, where teams of two raced to dig a grave with specific dimensions. The winners completed the task in one hour and 21 minutes, earning a cash prize of 200,000 Hungarian forints.
