Concelex construiește Centropolitan, proiect rezidențial dezvoltat de Cordia România

Concelex has been appointed as the general contractor for the premium Centropolitan project in Bucharest, developed by Cordia Romania. This project will feature 274 premium apartments and over 3,300 square meters of commercial space, aiming to create an integrated urban environment. The partnership builds on their previous successful collaboration on the PARCULUI20 project. The investment is valued at approximately 65 million euros, with construction expected to be completed by late 2028. Centropolitan aims to set new standards for urban living in Bucharest, emphasizing quality and community-oriented design.
