Concelex construiește Centropolitan, proiect rezidențial dezvoltat de Cordia România - COMUNICAT

Concelex has been appointed as the general contractor for the premium Centropolitan project in Bucharest, developed by Cordia Romania. This project will feature 274 premium apartments and over 3,300 square meters of commercial space. The partnership between Concelex and Cordia builds on their previous successful collaboration on the PARCULUI20 project. Centropolitan aims to set new standards for urban living in Bucharest, integrating residential, commercial, and lifestyle functions. The construction is expected to be completed by the second half of 2028, with a total investment of approximately 65 million euros.
