Concelex construiește Centropolitan, proiect rezidențial dezvoltat de Cordia România

Concelex has been appointed as the general contractor for the premium Centropolitan project in Bucharest, developed by Cordia Romania. This project will feature 274 luxury apartments and over 3,300 square meters of commercial space, aiming to create an integrated urban environment. The investment is valued at approximately 65 million euros, with construction expected to last two years, concluding in late 2028. This collaboration builds on their previous successful project, PARCULUI20, and aims to set new standards for urban living in the capital.
