Concelex construiește Centropolitan, proiect rezidențial dezvoltat de Cordia România

Concelex has been appointed as the general contractor for the premium Centropolitan project in Bucharest, developed by Cordia Romania. This project will feature 274 premium apartments and over 3,300 square meters of commercial space, aiming to create an integrated urban environment. The partnership between Concelex and Cordia builds on their previous successful collaboration on the PARCULUI20 project. The investment for Centropolitan is approximately 65 million euros, with construction expected to be completed by late 2028. The project is strategically located near key transport links and aims to meet the growing demand for urban living spaces.
