The project was executed without interrupting public service, except for two planned night outages. This phase involved significant upgrades to critical infrastructure, demonstrating that essential modernization can be achieved rapidly while maintaining operational continuity. The improvements included complete filtration system rehabilitation and the integration of advanced monitoring technologies, resulting in significantly improved water quality.
