A recent training program in Suceava has graduated ten individuals under probation, part of a larger initiative aimed at providing professional qualifications to vulnerable groups. This partnership between ANOFM, the National Probation Directorate, and BAT Romania has reached over 120 beneficiaries since its launch in 2025, focusing on reintegration and social inclusion. The program offers accredited courses that enhance employability and aims to combat illicit tobacco trade by creating legitimate job opportunities. The initiative highlights the importance of collaboration between public and private sectors in addressing social vulnerabilities and fostering community development.
