The local administration has contracted financial consultancy services to prepare for this loan, which includes analyzing the commune's debt capacity and selecting a financier. Key projects include a new school costing nearly 59 million lei and a 70-place nursery nearing completion. Additionally, infrastructure improvements for stormwater management and a photovoltaic plant are underway. The commune is also looking for funding for a leisure center project, which has been on hold. The loan will help finance multiple projects over the coming years.
