Cristian commune is advancing its recreational base project by signing a contract worth 258,218.64 lei for technical design and concept development. The project will be executed by Mentor Construct from Cluj, focusing on detailed planning and 3D visualization. The first phase involves consultations and creating 2D and 3D plans, while the second phase will produce comprehensive technical documentation. The planned complex will feature a swimming pool, climbing wall, bowling area, and relaxation spaces, catering to both sports and leisure activities. It will be located on Râului Street, covering 5,389 square meters with ample parking.
