The policy will cover damages caused by managerial actions and includes legal defense costs. The contract will be awarded through a simplified procedure, with offers accepted until October 19, 2026. Coverage includes civil liability and specific employee-related claims, with a total liability limit of 20 million euros. The policy will also have retroactive coverage starting from August 17, 2023, and a three-year period for damage discovery after mandate termination.
