Complex din Vâlcea, salarii la negru de 4,3 mil. lei

ANAF inspectors uncovered a tourist complex in Vâlcea that allegedly paid undeclared salaries to 70 employees for nearly three years, totaling 4.3 million lei. The company was required to pay an additional 1.88 million lei in taxes after the audit. The investigation revealed a double record of salary payments and informal payments documented in an agenda. The funds were misrepresented in accounting to hide their true purpose and avoid tax obligations. The company acknowledged the findings and paid the owed amount to the state budget. ANAF will continue its efforts to combat tax evasion and ensure a fair fiscal environment.
