Companiile vor facilități fiscale pentru sprijinirea familiilor

Several companies and organizations are collaborating on a Pact for Demography, Family, and Economic Competitiveness, aimed at supporting families through employer policies and tax measures. Initiated by the Romanian Institute for Active Aging, the first meeting included representatives from various companies. One proposal is to create a 'Family-Friendly' certification for companies offering family benefits, potentially linked to tax incentives. Current benefits include financial aid for childbirth, IVF support, and flexible work schedules. Discussions also focus on tax treatment of family-related employer benefits and creating a national ranking of family-friendly companies. The initiative addresses the declining active population and aims to retain experienced employees through mentorship. The launch conference is scheduled for October 26, 2026.
