Most applicants are entry-level candidates, particularly in micro companies, while mid-level candidates dominate in slightly larger firms. The retail sector leads in recruitment, followed by services, construction, and logistics. Senior and managerial positions remain challenging to fill due to their stability. Small and micro firms significantly impact the job market, providing flexible work environments and opportunities for early-career candidates. The number of newly registered small businesses has also increased this year.
