Companiile germane și-au redus investițiile în SUA, în 2026, la cel mai scăzut nivel din ultimii trei ani
German companies have significantly reduced their investments in the U.S. in the first half of 2026, reaching a three-year low due to increased uncertainty in transatlantic economic relations. Direct investments fell by nearly two-thirds compared to the previous year, totaling 4.3 billion euros. This decline continues a downward trend observed since Donald Trump's second term began in January 2025. The data shows a stark contrast to pre-pandemic levels, where investments averaged 15.8 billion euros in the same period over the previous five years.
