Belchev, who has lived in Romania since 2016, brings over 20 years of international leadership experience. He aims to lead the company through its next growth phase, emphasizing the importance of clear vision, strong teams, and value-driven culture. Nikolay Kolev, the outgoing CEO, will transition to lead Phoenix Pharma Bulgaria while remaining a Senior Executive Advisor for Phoenix Romania until January 31, 2027. The new executive board will include key directors overseeing various operational aspects of the company, which has a significant presence in the Romanian pharmaceutical market.
