In 2026, GapMinder Ventures participated in 10 funding rounds, raising over $80 million for its portfolio companies, which created over 500 jobs and generated $140 million in annual revenues. Notable investments included $28 million for FintechOS and $20 million for Veridion. The fund also launched a new vertical in space technology with the Croatian startup Genesis. Five of its portfolio companies rank among Romania's top six startups, demonstrating the potential for global tech leaders from the region. GapMinder is preparing the next generation of companies in AI, gaming, and software, supported by European investment initiatives.
