Companies that applied for loans under the SME Eco-Tech program have been selected. Economy Minister announces next steps

Romania's Ministry of Economy has completed the first stage of the SME Eco-Tech program selection process, allowing companies to secure loans. Economy Minister Irineu Darău announced that selected companies will receive notifications and have five days to approach their chosen lending institution. The turnover limit for applicants has been removed to encourage more micro-enterprises to apply. Financing can be used for various improvements, including modernization and energy efficiency. Applications remain open until September 24th, with a total budget of RON 288 million.
