Companie din România, amendată cu un milion de euro pentru că un angajat a dezinstalat WhatsApp de pe telefonul de serviciu
Philips România was fined nearly one million euros after an employee uninstalled WhatsApp from a work phone during an unannounced inspection, limiting access to potentially relevant information. The Competition Council imposed a fine of 5,181,216.887 lei for providing incomplete documents during the inspection. The incident occurred after the employee was informed about the inspection. The Competition Council conducted inspections at Philips Romania and ten other companies in the medical equipment sector to investigate potential anti-competitive practices.
