Ukrainian company EDRONE, in partnership with Romanian OVES Enterprise, is set to launch drone production in Romania, starting with 1,000 units monthly and aiming for 15,000. The collaboration follows an agreement signed by Ukraine's president and involves integrating advanced AI technology for autonomous operations. The initial production will focus on three military drone types: FPV, interceptor, and reconnaissance. The Cluj-Napoca facility is expected to begin operations this fall, with prototypes to be revealed soon.
