CFR SA is launching a tender for railway infrastructure maintenance across seven regional branches, with an estimated value exceeding 4 billion lei. The deadline for submissions is November 23. The aim is to restore railway sectors to technical parameters suitable for passenger and freight trains. The tender includes replacing components of the railway superstructure and improving safety conditions. Contracts will be awarded based on the best quality-price ratio, with a focus on price and warranty period. Funding will come from the state budget, and the works will be executed according to identified needs and allocated funds.
