Compania Națională a Uraniului a intrat în faliment. Instanța a dispus dizolvarea societății

The Bucharest Tribunal has declared the National Uranium Company bankrupt, leading to the dissolution of the company and the layoff of around 30 employees. The company has been in insolvency since December 2021, focusing on environmental protection and nuclear safety. A collective redundancy plan for 109 employees is set for 2026-2027. The company, established in 1997, has seen a significant decline in revenue, with a reported turnover of 897,290 RON in 2025, down over 33 times from 2018. The court's decision is executory and allows for the appointment of a judicial liquidator to manage the bankruptcy process.
