Compania care concediază 180 de angajați. Oamenii au aflat din presă că își vor pierde locurile de muncă
Raiffeisen Switzerland plans to cut up to 180 jobs despite reporting significant profit growth. Employees learned about the layoffs through the media, raising concerns about the company's communication. The bank aims to save €63 million annually on personnel and operational costs, with many positions potentially eliminated through natural turnover and early retirements. Alongside these cuts, Raiffeisen is undergoing a reorganization into six departments, with new leadership appointments. The bank reported an 18.9% profit increase in the first half of 2026, reaching 659.3 million francs, driven by strong mortgage and corporate services activity.
