Comoară veche de 2.100 de ani, scoasă la lumină de arheologi turci. Mii de artefacte, descoperite pe o epavă din provincia Antalya

Archaeologists have recovered thousands of ceramic objects, around 2,100 years old, from a shipwreck off Adrasan, Turkey. The underwater excavations began in 2025, yielding 122 plates, bowls, and trays, showcasing the luxury tableware of that era. The ceramics are linked to ancient Rhosus, now Arsuz, and were mentioned by Cicero in his letters. The items were carefully packed in crates with clay for preservation. Excavations are conducted at depths of 42 to 55 meters using underwater robots.
