On Wednesday, the IT committees of the Romanian Parliament will meet to discuss the cyber attack on the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) and its management. The meeting, called by the committee chairs, will include representatives from key institutions such as ANCPI, the Authority for Digitalization, and the National Cyber Security Directorate. They will present reports on the causes of the incident, measures taken, and responsibilities in crisis management. The ANCPI was attacked on July 14, rendering its systems unavailable for nearly a month, affecting various applications and email services. The e-Terra application resumed operations on August 12, restoring access for authorized personnel.
