Comisia Europeană vrea să simplifice procedurile pentru angajații detașați în UE. Când ar putea intra în vigoare noul sistem
The European Commission is considering simplifying administrative procedures for temporarily posted workers in EU member states by aligning electronic declaration systems with A1 certificates. This initiative aims to reduce bureaucracy for companies sending employees abroad and is expected to be operational by late 2027. The Commission is evaluating how the 'once only' principle can apply to both A1 certificates and the new electronic declaration system. The goal is to ease administrative burdens and facilitate cross-border operations. The European Parliament has approved legislation for a common electronic system for declaring posted workers, which includes a standardized form and a EU-level portal. However, the effectiveness of this system will depend on the participation of member states, as varying administrative requirements could persist if only a few countries engage.
