Comisia Europeană deblochează 157 de milioane de euro pentru Republica Moldova

The European Commission has transferred 157 million euros to Moldova after the country implemented several reforms outlined in its Growth Plan. This payment, announced during the tenth EU-Moldova Association Council, marks the third tranche provided under the Growth Plan. The Commission confirmed that Moldova has completed 18 reforms in various sectors, including private sector development and governance. With this new tranche, the total amount allocated to Moldova through this plan reaches 661 million euros. The European Commissioner for Enlargement emphasized that this financial support will have a tangible impact on the lives of Moldovan citizens. The Growth Plan, valued at 1.9 billion euros, was proposed for the period 2025-2027 and is the largest financial aid package from the EU to Moldova to date.
