Comisia Europeană dă undă verde preluării integrale a eMAG de către Naspers. Iulian Stanciu iese complet din acționariat

The European Commission has approved Naspers' exclusive acquisition of eMAG, ending a 14-year partnership with Iulian Stanciu. The transaction allows Naspers to fully control eMAG, which was previously co-owned by Stanciu and Naspers. The Commission found no competition issues, as the companies do not operate in overlapping markets. Stanciu's stake represented 11.77% of eMAG, valued around 500 million euros. He plans to focus on investments in various sectors, while eMAG will continue its strategy with a record investment budget of 1.2 billion lei for logistics and AI projects.
