Comisia Europeană cere clarificări României privind ”amendamentul Fritz”. Ce se întâmplă cu cele 770 de milioane de euro din PNRR

The European Commission has requested clarifications from Romanian authorities regarding the new integrity law, particularly the "Fritz amendment" adopted by PSD and AUR. They seek to understand how the law can have retroactive effects and whether it aligns with Romania's commitments under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Romania has about 30 days to respond, as the outcome may impact the disbursement of over 700 million euros from the PNRR, contingent on meeting integrity reform milestones.
