Comisia Europeană aprobă un ajutor de stat de 11 milioane de euro pentru crescătorii de porci din România

The European Commission has approved an 11 million euro state aid scheme proposed by Romania for pig farmers affected by rising fuel and fertilizer prices due to the Middle East crisis. The support will be provided as direct grants, with a maximum of 50,000 euros per enterprise. This measure aims to mitigate the additional costs incurred by pig farmers from March 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The aid is compliant with EU state aid rules and is intended to support economic activity in the pig farming sector during this crisis period.
